Why you received a message. You visited one of our Sydney massage locations and your client record shows you have agreed to receive marketing messages from us. We send one message after a visit asking how it went.

What we collect. The star rating and any comments you write, together with the appointment they relate to: the date and time, the service, the location and your therapist.

What we do with it. Your feedback goes to our management team. We may provide a link for you to post a public Google review - that is entirely your choice, and nothing is posted on your behalf.

Opting out. To stop receiving these messages, please email hello@thaimassage.sydney with Unsubscribe in the subject line. If you would also like your mobile number removed, please include that number in the body of the email. We will update your client record, and you will not be contacted again.

You may also reply STOP to any text message, which stops the text messages only. To be removed from both text and email, please use the address above. You are equally welcome to call the shop and ask us to remove you.

Your review link. The link in your message is unique to your visit and stops working after 30 days.
